Our Distribution Policies

1. “The Pamphlet Mafia” and it’s distributors are not permitted to deliver any non-government flyer to any letterbox displaying a “No Junk Mail” sticker. Delivery to such letterboxes may see the deliverer incur a $3,000 fine and the company whose flyer it is incur a $7,000 fine.
2. Every reasonable attempt will be made by the rider to deliver to every letterbox in the desired location, however in the event of unsuitable obstacles preventing the rider from safely delivering to a particular letterbox it is at the discretion of the rider as to whether or not they are able to do so. Such obstacles may include, but are not limited to: missing letterbox, blocked access, dangerous terrain, menacing animal.
3. All invoices will be issued on the day that the flyers are collected from the client and must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
4. All efforts will be made to complete distribution within 7 days (Weather permitting). Any potential delays will be communicated to the client when applicable.
5. Any leftover flyers at the end of a distribution may be returned to the client for a set transport fee of $20 per booking. In the event of the client not advising that they wish for the flyers to be returned, we shall dispose of the flyers in a suitable manor.
6. No refunds will be given once distribution has commenced.
7. Minimum quality per continual area for flyer distribution is 1,000 flyers.
8. Smaller targeted distributions can be arranged for a agreed price. Enquire for more details.
9. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or responses form flyer distribution.
10. no personal data is shared with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
